We offer more than 100 drop-in group fitness classes each week to accommodate busy schedules and help you reach your fitness goals. From Zumba, Cycling, and Yoga to Aqua Exercise, SilverSneakers and more; all our drop-in classes are included with your annual pass, punch card or daily admission.
All of our fitness instructors maintain nationally recognized fitness certifications as well as an American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
Session-based Fitness Classes
