The Large Item Pickup Program for residents is a seasonal program held in the spring. The program is not meant for businesses and apartment complexes. Registration is required.
The scheduled pick up dates for those who register will be either:
Saturday, May 11, 2019 or
Saturday, May 18, 2019
Verification of Wheat Ridge residency and pre-approval of type of item to be picked up are required at the time of registration.
The first 275 City of Wheat Ridge residences to register will be eligible to have one large bulky household item picked up (an item your residential trash service will NOT pick up without an additional fee).
Program is not for businesses or apartment/condo complexes
Registration hours are Monday thru Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Registration will begin on Monday, April 1, 2019
Registration will end at 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 30, 2019, or when maximum number has been met, whichever comes first.
The first large item pickup will be on May 11, 2019.
If your item is not picked up on May 11, please call (303) 205-7611 or email. Your pickup will be rescheduled for May 18, 2019.
The second large item pickup will be on May 18, 2019.
If your item is not picked up on May 18, please call (303) 205-7611 or email. Your pickup will be rescheduled for May 25, 2019.
