PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a special meeting of the Wheat Ridge City Council at the following date, time and place: Monday, November 18, 2019 Commencing at 6:30 pm before the regularly scheduled Study Session in Council Chambers at the Wheat Ridge Municipal Building, 7500 West 29th. Avenue Wheat Ridge, Colorado.  The meeting has been requested by the Mayor pursuant to Charter Section 5.2(a).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 18-2019: An Ordinance Sections 2-30, 2-31 and 2-32 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning the Duties of the Chief of Police, Public Works Director and Community Development Director and authorizing changes to the City’s organizational chart

Urban Renewal Authority 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority on November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado regarding the adoption of the Urban Renewal Authority 2020 budget for General Fund, 38th Avenue Corridor, Kipling Ridge, 44th and Ward, Wadsworth Corridor, and West End 38th projects.

The 2020 budget will be available for inspection by the public in the City Clerk’s office; Wheat Ridge Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado regarding a supplemental budget appropriations and adjustments to the 38th Avenue Corridor Fund (122).

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Ordinance 1662 - An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of property located at 6985 W. 38th Avenue from Commercial-One (C-1) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N)

Ordinance 1663 - An Ordinance approving a Zone change from Agricultural-One to Planned Residential Development with an Outline Development Plan for property located at 4440 Tabor Street.

Ordinance 1664 - An Ordinance amending Section 2-53 and 11-52.5 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning appointees to Boards and Commissions and the Liquor Licensing Authority.

CODIFICATION 
Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 1663 through 1668 (minus 1667) will be codified into Supplement 63 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge.
Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 63 will be effective July 22, 2019
