NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on January 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 26-2016, an Ordinance approving the rezoning of property located at 10001 W. 32nd Ave. from Residential-One (R-1) to Planned Mixed Use Development (PMUD) and for approval of an Outline Development Plan

 All interested citizens are invited to speak at the Public Hearing or submit written comments.  Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to participate in all public meetings sponsored by the City of Wheat Ridge.  Liquor Authority Board

You are hereby notified that pursuant to the State of Colorado Liquor and Beer Code Regulations, Section 12‑47-311 Grammy’s Goodies LLC., dba Grammy’s Goodies, 4601 Harlan Street, Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 requested the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to grant a new Hotel and Restaurant License.  

You are further notified that on: Thursday, the 8th day of December 2016, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, a Public Hearing on the application will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority in the Council Chambers located at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

  A public hearing will be held by the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority on December 6, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado regarding the adoption of the Urban Renewal Authority 2017 budget for Town Center, 38th Avenue Corridor and Kipling Ridge.
Any interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing.  The 2017 budget will be available for inspection by the public in the City Clerk’s office; Wheat Ridge Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
