NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider Case No. SUP-16-04 an application filed by Chris Connroy for Elevated Motors for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a vehicle sales lot for property zoned Commercial-Once (C-1), located at 9160 W. 44th Avenue, will be held in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on January 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.  All interested citizens are invited to speak at the Public Hearing or submit written comments.

That portion of the Southwest ¼ Northeast ¼ of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West, Described as follows: 

Commencing at the point of intersection of the West line of said Southwest ¼ Northeast ¼ and the South Right-of-Way line of West 44th Avenue, thence East along the South Right-of-Way line of West 44th Avenue 128 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South and parallel with the West line of said Northeast ¼ 300 feet; thence East and parallel to the South Right-of-Way line of West 44th Avenue, 125 feet, thence North and parallel to the West line of said Northeast ¼, 300 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of West 44th Avenue; thence West along the South Right-of-Way line of West 44th Avenue, 125 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

The East 8 feet of the following described property, a parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West, Commencing at the point of intersection of the West line of the Southwest ¼ Northeast ¼ and the original South line of West 44th Avenue; thence South along the West line of said Southwest ¼ Northeast ¼ a distance of 300 feet, thence East 128 feet; thence North to the original line of West 44th Avenue; thence West along the original line of West 44th Avenue a distance of 128 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.

You are hereby notified that pursuant to the State of Colorado Liquor and Beer Code Regulations, Section 12‑47-311 7-Eleven Inc., dba 7-11 Store 38084H, 3790 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 requested the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to grant a new Retail 3.2% Beer Off Premises License.

You are further notified that on: Thursday, the 26th day of January 2017, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, a Public Hearing on the application will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority in the Council Chambers located at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 1584 (Amended)  and Ordinances 1591 through  1597 were codified into Supplement 57 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge

  1. Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 57 will be effective June 30, 2016.
