  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on February 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 01-2018: An ordinance approving the rezoning of property located on the west side of interstate-70, between approximately 34th Avenue and Clear Creek from Planned Commercial Development (PCD) to Planned Mixed Use Development (PMUD) (Case No. WZ-16-07/Clear Creek Crossing). 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on January 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 02-2018: An ordinance extending the Temporary Moratorium of the submission, acceptance, processing, and approval of applications and requests for a permit, license land use approval or other approval for a Freestanding Emergency Room Facility.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on January 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 03-2018: An ordinance amending Chapter 7 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws regarding Elections to ensure consistency and compatibility with the Colorado Municipal Election Laws.

Liquor Authority Board  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider a new application for a Brew Pub Liquor License. New Image Brewing Company LLC, dba New Image Brewing Company, 9505 W. 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 requested the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to grant a new Brew Pub Liquor License.  You are further notified that on Thursday, the 11th day of January, 2018, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. a Public Hearing on the application will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority in the Council Chambers located at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Category 99 Inc. dba Bardo Coffee House, 6150 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 requested the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to grant a new Beer & Wine License. You are further notified that on Thursday, the 25th day of January, 2018, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, a Public Hearing on the application will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority in the Council Chambers located at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 59 will be effective July 27, 2017.
