W. 29th Ave Construction Denver Water Map 2018

The final phases of Denver Water’s Ashland Reservoir Project are scheduled to be complete in early-June of 2018. The work that remains will impact neighbors and businesses along W. 29th Avenue.

Starting Mon., March 12, W. 29th Avenue will be closed for approximately three weeks between Fenton Street and just past Depew Street. Businesses will remain open and access will be maintained, as will two-way traffic on Fenton Street.

  • As work progresses, segments of W. 29th Avenue will be reduced to a single west bound lane and east bound will be detoured.
  • Parking on W. 29th Avenue will be posted as “No Parking / Tow Away Zone” when and where applicable.
  • Roads that cross W. 29th Avenue, along with driveways of residences and businesses on the south side of the street may require closures for a maximum of three days. Residents and business owners will be given 48-hour notice of such required closures.
