ReRoofing Permits and Inspections

Licensed contractors must submit roofing permit applications online. http://www.ci.wheatridge.co.us/permit Homeowners must apply in person at City Hall.

Contractors will be notified via email when permits are ready to be picked up in person. Once permits are in hand, inspections are being performed next day.

Metro Denver Farmers' Market Returns to Wheat Ridge on July 6

The Farmers' Market opens on Thursdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. starting July 6 through September 28 at St. James Episcopal Church (8235 W. 44th Ave.)

Consolidated Water is replacing water lines along 32nd Ave beginning this week through July 21.

The first phase will close lanes between Tabor and Union through June 6 for removal of old pipes and installation of new lines.
Phase 2 and 3 will occur as follows:
Union Street to 32nd Drive June 7-16, 2017
W. 32nd Drive to Ward Road July 5-21, 2017

Highway Closures and Detours Planned in Late February through June 2017

CDOT will be replacing five overhead sign bridges and cantilever sign structures along I-25, I-70 and I-76 between February and June 2017.
