Yes, the Total Tax Rate Has Changed!

The Football Stadium District sales tax of a tenth of a percent has termed out. The City sales tax remains unchanged at three percent. The total rate for sales in Wheat Ridge is 7.5% as of January 1, 2012. Call (303) 235-2820 with questions.

Commercial Property Ownership Is Engaged in Business

WRHA Rehabilitating Homes to Improve Wheat Ridge Neighborhoods

In February 2011, WRHA purchased seven single family homes that were previousy used as rentals by Jefferson County Housing Authority (JCHA). The homes are located throughout the City, generally in neighborhoods that could benefit from the improvements.
