Overview
The City of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide high quality facilities, well-planned programs, abundant public open space, and quality park areas for its residents.
Parks, Forestry, and Open Space
The Parks, Forestry and Open Space (PFOS) division works hard to provide a safe environment for users of City-owned developed park land, facilities, trails, and open space areas. For more information, see Parks, Trails and Open Space, and Trees and Gardens.
Recreation
The Recreation Division offers a vast and exciting array of year-round, life-enriching classes, programs, and events for people of all ages and abilities.
