Police Reports

Police report requests can only be filled by a Police Records team member Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

Requests for Police Reports

Police reports can be requested in person or by mail.  A valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of the request along with payment of any applicable fees.  Requests made by mail must utilize the appropriate Records Request form, send a photo copy of driver's license or photo ID along with payment.

If you require a background check that identifies all arrests statewide, you must obtain records in person from:
