Resident ID Card
In order to receive resident rates on drop-in fees, you must purchase a $3 photo ID card or the non-resident rate is charged. ID cards are valid for two years. Two forms of identification are required when purchasing an ID card, punch card, or annual pass:
- Photo ID
- One of the following: car or voter registration, utility, phone, or water bill
The address on your picture ID must match the second form of ID. If you've moved, you need to show a photo ID and two additional forms of ID.
