Licensed Preschool Program
|Wheat Ridge Little Learners Program
Our Little Learners Preschool Program enrolls children from three to five years old.
Meeting either two or three times a week, your child will learn about shapes, colors and numbers through interesting weekly themes and through a variety of fun activities such as crafts, games, wellness, and fitness activities. Your child will also be introduced to structured classroom situations and unstructured playtime.
Instructors: Licensed Preschool Staff
Location: Wheat Ridge Recreation Center, Children's Pavilion
Overview: Currently, Little Learners is comprised of an educational session during the school year and a more recreational session in the summer. The maximum number of children that can enroll in each session is 15. Nine children must enroll for the program to operate.
School Year: September-May
Our curriculum has been carefully crafted by professionals to help ensure that your child will receive a rich, rewarding, and fun preschool experience. Your child will be enthused by the weekly themes that will be used to teach him or her gross and fine motor skills, problem and critical thinking skills, and how to interact with others while having fun. Your child will be taught by instructors who enjoy children and are knowledgeable about child development.
