- Wheat Ridge Housing Authority
The Wheat Ridge Housing Authority (WHRA) only meets only one time per year. Due to a lack of resources, both funding and staff, the board has been formally dormant since passing a motion to that effect in February 2018.
WRHA is currently a limited partner in the ownership structures of three affordable housing developments in order to facilitate a state property tax exemption. The board meets one time a year to maintain those agreements and complete housekeeping tasks related to budget and audit.
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 4 p.m. at 7500 W. 29th Ave on the second floor. Five members serve on the Board, one per district plus a Councilmember
