NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider Council Bill 19-2020 - An Ordinance approving the rezoning of property located at the southeast corner of West I-70 Frontage Road North and Ward Road from Agricultural-Two (A-2) to Planned Mixed Use Development (PMUD) with an Outline Development Plan (ODP)

 The proposed ordinance is available in electronic form on the City’s official website, www.ci.wheatridge.co.us/legal-notices.   Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, upon appointment, request and notification, copies are also available in printed form.

 The November 9, 2020 Council meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting. NO MEMBERS OF COUNCIL WILL BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR THIS MEETING.  THE PUBLIC MAY PARTICIPATE IN THESE WAYS:

Arrangements will be made for those individuals to access City Hall during the meeting to view the meeting and provide public comment if desired. These comments will be heard and seen in real time by members of Council and City staff. Individuals accessing City Hall must practice social distancing, wear a mask or other facial covering and be free of COVID-19 symptoms.

Liquor Authority Board  

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Sec. 44-3-311 Kum & Go LC. dba Kum & Go #2310, located at 3432 Clear Creek Dr. Wheat Ridge, CO, 80401 requested the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to grant a new Retail Fermented Malt Beverage (Beer) Off Premises Consumption License.

Kum & Go LC consists of officers Kyle Krause of 30375 Napa Rh. Rd, Tanner Krause of 3300 Elmwood Dr. and Charles Campbell of 3408 150th  St.  The application date is August 5, 2020.  The owner has consented to the public meeting being held virtually.

You are further notified that on Thursday, the 22nd day of October, 2020, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, a Virtual Hearing on the application will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority Board.  This meeting will be conducted as a VIRTUAL MEETING.

 No members of the Liquor Authority Board or advisors to be board, will be physically present at the Municipal building for this meeting; the public may not attend in person. The public may participate in these ways:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT A 2021 BUDGET FOR GENERAL FUND, 38TH AVENUE CORRIDOR, KIPLING RIDGE, 44TH AND WARD, WADSWORTH CORRIDOR AND WEST END 38TH PROJECTS 

A public hearing will be held by the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority on October 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via a virtual Zoom meeting.  Details for logging onto the meeting are available on the City of Wheat Ridge Website or contacting its Executive Director at sart@ci.wheatridge.co.us regarding the adoption of the Urban Renewal Authority 2021 budget for General Fund, 38th Avenue Corridor, Kipling Ridge, 44th and Ward, Wadsworth Corridor, and West End 38th projects.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 1669 through 1683 has been be codified into Supplement 64 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge.
