NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider Council Bill 04-2021 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, amending Chapter 11, Licenses, Permits and Miscellaneous Business Regulations, with the addition of new Article XV regulating tobacco product retail licenses and conforming changes in connection therewith.
The proposed ordinance is also available in printed form but due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, they are upon appointment, request and/or notification,

The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on an amendment to an agreement with Grammy’s Goodies for inclusion of a property located at 4601 Harlan Street in Wheat Ridge (the “Project”) into the Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive Program (ESTIP) established by Chapter 22, Article 1 Division 4 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws.
