The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) released a Dial Framework and Public Health Order (PHO 20-36) that standardizes different levels of “openness” at the county level. Jefferson County moved to Level Orange (Level 3) on Nov. 9 at 5 p.m. and will move to a modified Level Red as described below and in Public Health Order 20-009 (First Amended). New COVID testing sites are also now available in Jefferson County at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden and for communities in the Foothills. More info
