TreeCycle Returns to Wheat Ridge

P and R Tree Recycling

From today until January 31, 2022, Wheat Ridge residents can drop off Christmas trees daily from sunrise until sunset for FREE at two locations:
- Panorama Park in the east parking lot by the baseball field
- Anderson Park northeast lot, just to the left after pulling in

(Prospect Park is NOT open this year due to construction.)
Before dropping off a tree, remove all ornamentation, tree stands, twine, lights, and garland. Yard waste and other debris will not be accepted.

Trees are chipped into mulch that is used in planter beds and around trees in City parks.

Free mulch will be available at Baugh House at 44th and Robb (across from Prospect Park) until Prospect Park reopens sometime after February 28, 2022.

This service is available to individual residents only and may not be used for disposal of trees sold by area vendors.
