Any person, business, organization or neighborhood group desiring to operate sound amplification equipment consistent with Ordinance 1713 must file this application at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of the date on which sound amplification equipment is proposed to be operated.
If issued, this permit applies to one event. If you will have more than one event scheduled, each event requires a separate application and permit. Any individual/business/organization may apply for up to eight Outdoor Amplified Sound Event Permit (OASEP) for any one location in a calendar year. Permits will not be issued for the same location more than eight times in a calendar year.
